BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

• Monthly payments are applicable only for children participating in 2 or more sessions per week, priced at Rs 550 per session and the special education cost will be Rs. 300 per session . For
  walk-ins and those attending less than 2 sessions per week, the Pay & Avail method is applicable at Rs 850 per session.
• We will not be able to accept partial bookings for recurring slots every month.
• Parents are required to make initial slot selections in -person and communicate any changes to these preferences also in- person. Invoices and session timings will be communicated online upon slot selection.
• Pre-booked slots for each child are reserved until the 30th of the preceding month and must be confirmed by payment between the 23rd and 30th of the previous month.
• Slots are considered confirmed only upon full advance payment for the upcoming month. Unpaid slots at the end of the previous month will be released for other children.
• Payments can be made online or in cash.
• No billing will occur for declared national holidays.

PROGRESS ASSESSMENT AND FEEDBACK

• In addition to the scheduled slots, monthly progress assessments by a Developmental Pediatrician, care coordinator meetings, and other consultations based on the child’s needs will be conducted to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.
• A comprehensive three-month review by the Developmental Pediatrician will also be provided.
  These progress reviews are not charged but are compulsory for parents to participate.

THERAPY SESSIONS

• Individual therapy sessions have a duration of 45 minutes.
• Sessions missed by children are non-refundable, and compensation for missed sessions will not be provided.
• Please note that sessions lost due to government-declared emergency holidays are non-compensatory.
• In the event of a therapist’s absence, sessions will be reassigned by the primary therapist, or a reliever therapist will cover for the therapist on leave.
• Alternatively, the child may be accommodated in a group session to ensure continuity of care. No compensation will be provided for missed reassigned sessions.
• Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointments. There will be no extensions for delayed sessions.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety in the waiting area, handing over the child to the concerned staff before the session, and receiving the child from the concerned staff after each session.
• It is recommended to feed the child one hour before the session to ensure the child’s comfort during sessions.
